• Information will not be disclosed to third parties except those directly engaged in delivering approved concierge services under Notochord Equine Concierge Ltd’s supervision.
• All staff, partners, and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• No images, testimonials, or materials relating to any member’s estate, horses, or personnel will be published or referenced without written consent.

This confidentiality extends beyond the termination of any membership or professional engagement.
